16 Weeks

I read somewhere recently that it takes 16 weeks to generate a habit, which is why fad diets don’t work.

So this is my 16 weeks.  16 weeks of healthy eating and daily exercise.

If I can manage it for 16 weeks without massive slips then I think I’ll be on to a winner.

In other news, I am officially back to work on Monday. and my anxiety is in check. who knew!
